DynoRoute provides route planning, dispatch, and proof-of-service software for waste collection fleets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the DynoRoute website ("Website"), web platform, and driver app (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Website or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our Website (for example, the Getting Started or contact form), create an account, or contact support, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about your fleet and operations. If you subscribe to the Service, we also collect billing information; payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
Customer operations data. When your company uses the Service, we process the data you and your team put into it: customer and stop lists, service schedules, routes, vehicle and container details, service records, notes, and photos captured as proof of service.
Driver location data. The driver app collects vehicle location while a driver is on shift and using the app, so that routing, stop completion, and proof of service work. Location is collected on behalf of the fleet that employs the driver, and drivers can see the app's location status at any time.
Usage data. We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, pages visited, and actions taken in the Service. We use this to secure, operate, and improve the Service.
Cookies. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- plan routes, dispatch work, and record proof of service for your fleet;
- respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- process subscriptions and payments;
- send service notifications and, where permitted, product updates (you can opt out of marketing at any time);

We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payments, analytics, email), under agreements that limit their use of your data;
- Your organization — data entered under a company account is visible to that company's authorized users;
- Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, our users, or the public;
- A successor entity, if DynoRoute is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy continues to apply.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When a company account is closed, we delete or anonymize its operations data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@dynoroute.com. If a driver or end customer asks us about data controlled by a fleet using DynoRoute, we will refer the request to that fleet.
